The email extractor is designed so your text and files never leave your browser. This page explains what is processed, what is stored, and what is not collected.

Last updated: October 22, 2026

The short version

Email extraction happens on your device. Pasted text and file contents are not uploaded to YunoNext or any third party. The site does not use accounts, analytics scripts, or advertising cookies.

What the tool processes

When you use the extractor, your browser reads the text you paste and the contents of any files you add. It finds email-shaped strings, checks their format, removes duplicates when that setting is enabled, and builds the result list.

This work runs with browser APIs and a local Web Worker. Your text, files, and extracted addresses are not part of any network request.

What stays in your browser

  • Results remain in the current tab and are cleared when you reload or close the page.
  • Optional on-device history is off by default. If you enable it, extracted addresses are saved in your browser for up to five runs and can be cleared at any time.
  • Your light or dark theme preference is saved in browser storage.

What is not collected

  • No account, email address, or sign-up is required.
  • No pasted text, uploaded file contents, or extracted addresses are sent to a server.
  • No analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking scripts are loaded by the site.
  • No cookies are used for tracking or advertising.

Hosting and server logs

Loading the site fetches its HTML, CSS, JavaScript, fonts, and icons from the hosting provider. Like any website, the provider may process standard connection logs for those requests, such as an IP address, user agent, and request time, for delivery and security purposes. Those logs do not contain the text or files you process in the tool.

Third parties

The site serves its own scripts, styles, fonts, and images. It does not embed third-party analytics, advertising, or social tracking widgets, and the tool does not send your content to external services.

Your choices

You can clear optional history from the tool at any time, reload or close the tab to discard current results, and manage browser storage through your browser settings. JavaScript must be enabled for the extractor to work; disabling it prevents the tool from running but does not change how the site pages are served.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the site or its tooling changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
